I have lived in Manzanillo 2 times now and absolutely LOVE IT!!! You can’t ask for friendlier folks. As far as your grocery question, food is farly cheap just for the fact that Manzanillo is still very quiet. Wow.. Such a beautiful town and still QUIET!!! my husband and I are looking to retire in Mexico. We still have two years to make a decision. Next month we will be in Lake Chapala and hopefully we can make a trip to Manzanillo. We have spent our vacations in Cabo(time share) and Vallarta. We are from the US and hear a lot about the crime. Ar the cost of groceries more expensive then Chapala and how are the medical facilities?
