This isn’t a timeshare presentation. They certainly ask if you are interested, but I wouldn’t expect anything different given the nature of the seminar. If someone is serious about looking at real estate in Mexico, I think this type of investment tour is fantastic. Even if you don’t end up purchasing one of their products, it is a quick way to get some education, a sampling of what it is like to vacation (or maybe live) in Mexico and a really good idea about the different areas and types of property in which you can invest.
